A mulatozás mellett a székely hagyományok is megelevenedtek a bátaszéki Székely Baráti Kör támogatói bálján. A bálozók között nem csak székely gyökerekkel rendelkezők voltak, a részvétellel az egyesület munkáját is támogatták a megjelentek- hangsúlyozta a szervezet elnöke, Molnár Péter. A bál programjában a bukovinai székely mesemondó Sebestyén István előadását követően a helyi székely unokák tánccsoportja egy sosem látott rendhagyó tánckoreográfiával lepte meg a közönséget.
