Fontos küldetésünk népi, nemzeti kulturális örökségünk megőrzése, amely minket, a kultúra városában élőket kiemelten is kötelez – ezt mondja a pécsi Fidesz önkormányzati képviselője. Ezért Csizmadia Péter szerint létre kell hozni a Magyar Folklór Házát a baranyai vármegye székhelyen. Ezt az elképzelést is megvalósítanák, ha bizalmat kapnak a jövő évi választáson a pécsiektől.
