Csak a jószándékon múlik az osztatlan közös lakásokban élők adókedvezménye – ezt mondta a pécsi önkormányzati képviselő csütörtökön. Mint ismert, főleg a peremkerületeken élőket, az egykori bányászlakásokban lakók nem kaphatnak kedvezményt. Ennek oka, hogy osztatlan közös tulajdonban az ingatlanjuk, így nem az egyes lakások, hanem az egész építmény területét nézik az adó kiszabásánál.
