Közel 20 köbméter szemetet halmozott fel az a decsi férfi az udvarán, aki több feljelentés után sem gondoskodott a hulladék eltüntetéséről. A hatalmas mennyiséget végül felgyújtotta, ami óriási tüzet okozott. Az oltást az is nehezítette, hogy a házban nem volt bevezetve a víz és a férfi a tűzoltókat sem értesítette.
