2017-ben alakult meg a Vándorló Szépkorúak Baráti Köre. A 72 főt számláló csoportban, már kezdetek óta tradíció, hogy karácsonyváró eseményt tartanak. Ez ezúttal sem történt másként, a közösség a kiadós ebédet követően kulturális programmal, majd egy bállal ünnepelt.
