A 2022-es év utolsó bajnokiján is győzni tudott, így a második helyen telel a Kozármisleny Kézilabda Akadémia a női NB I/B-ben. Az ősz folyamán összesen 14 mérkőzést játszottak Gyulay László tanítványai. Ebből kilenc alkalommal sikerült győztesen elhagyni a pályát, háromszor pontosztozkodással ért véget a találkozó, és csupán kétszer, idegenben szenvedett vereséget a csapat.
