Új, mesterséges intelligenciával támogatott, érintőképernyős önkiszolgáló ügyintézési pontokon is lehet már ügyet intézni a kormányablakokban. Az úgynevezett MIA Pontokból Pécsen három működik. Az eszközök segítségével akár sorbanállás nélkül igényelhetők, igazolások, okmányok. A jövőben akár kültéri helyszínen is telepítenek ilyen automatákat, ahol bármikor használhatóak lesznek.
